Shawn Smith
As the Leader and Pastoral Director of CHEC, Mr. Shawn combines strategic leadership with a pastoral touch, Discipling with Love through faith in Christ educating students and community with a focus on teaching each person they are unique, loved and have purpose in God's plan.

Jennifer Sullivan
Miss "Jen" mother of three and homeschooling mom keeps CHEC organized. Bringing laughter and a warm touch to the CHEC community, she is on the ready to offer her help in every area needed. Her testimony is one that will encourage anyone at any age. Jen also is the house manager of a local Ocala foster home supporting aged out foster girls. Her plate is quit full with the girls at Refuge of Hope, but she always manages to be a part of CHEC in more ways than one. Thank you Miss "Jen"

Glenn Dunn
Mr. Dunn is an experienced teacher with over 40 years of experience . He has taught in both the public and private sectors as well as holding positions in administration. He is know for not just communicating knowledge but also imparts a love for learning. He instills confidence, encourages, and maintains a focus of leadership development.

Jonathan Mack
Mr. Mack is a Certified educator in elementary education grades K-6th with over 10 years of classroom experience, including teaching core subjects in-person and in virtual school settings. Mr. Mack is loved by his students for his creative and kind words of encouragement daily. His specialty in early reading interventions are remarkable. Mr. Mack is truly a gift from God and his skills are handed down. It is easy to see his love for his students and their reciprocating actions towards him.

Digna Smith brings over 20 years of experience and a passion for teaching children of varied abilities. It's both a joy and a blessing for me to impart the gift of a new language to our children as their second language.

Mrs. Anissa's Loving heart beholds fostering and adopting five siblings, she has help shape many children's lives from teaching Elementary students. Graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic College. A homeschool mom and member of local church, with over 20 years experience with the youth.

Debra Dominy
Ms. Debra received her Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management from Warner University. She held the position of president for New Friends Club for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for Children. Her passion for the Performing Arts started with Tap and Ballet for 30 years. Her children and grandchildren are the light in her life, her faith and walk with God keeps her whole. All the children at CHEC know her as Mamaw.
Ms. Debra brings unity to CHEC through her love and sincere desire to help everyone grow.

Ana Gonzalez
Mrs. Ana, has over 13 years as an educator from Maplewood as an ESE after school program mentor. Mother of 3 and Grandmother of 7 and her love for our youth extends beyond her family. Her compassionate loving and dedicated commitment to the children show through her smile and patient demeanor guiding children one on one or in a group setting. She is always ready to help the children grow where ever she is needed.

Mr. Wes received his Masters Degree in Education and for over 50 years he has worked with young adults and children as a coach and disciple. Holding several degrees, one in holistic healing for over 20 years. His greatest passion is the love for God and the hunger to help others understand their purpose in Gods plan. This Man of God strives to encourage all to be more like Jesus.

Charlene Wessman
Mrs. Charlene has taught in the public school system as a substitute teacher for over 10 years. her experience extends into the Literacy Council for Adults, teaching adults to receive their GED. Between her marriage they have 10 children and 22 Grandchildren. She loves baking and teaching her family how to sew. It is joyful sight to see the students come to her in the morning requesting a warm embrace. The love she has for the youth is evident and a blessing.
