Understanding the Costs At C.H.E.C.

At the Christian Homeschool Education Center, we're dedicated to making our enriching educational programs accessible and affordable for all families. Here's a clear outline of our fee structure and financial support options:

01

Annual Registration Fee

A modest fee of $59 is charged annually, covering administrative costs and granting year-round access to our resources and community offerings.

Sibling Registration: Recognizing the needs of larger families, we charge only an additional $1 for each sibling, easing the financial commitment for families with multiple children.

02

Class Fees

Classes are reasonably set at $7 each, a direct investment in the quality educators, classroom maintenance, and class materials that make our programs stand out.

Book and Material Fees: Some courses may require specific books or materials. If applicable, these fees are kept as minimal as possible and communicated upfront.

03

Financial Aid

We firmly believe that financial limitations should not hinder educational access. To support this, we accept the Step Up for Students scholarship. Additionally, for those not approved for this scholarship, CHEC offers an in-house scholarship program to help bridge the gap. More information is available below.

Financial Aid:
Ensuring Accessible Education for All

"People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, 'Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.' And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them." Mark 10:13-16

At CHEC, we steadfastly believe that financial barriers should never obstruct a child's access to top-notch education. In line with this belief, we not only accept the  the Step Up for Students scholarship but also proudly offer our own in-house scholarship program. This program is tailored for families who might not qualify for other financial aid or require additional support. Our in-house scholarship can cover a variety of educational expenses incurred at CHEC, such as class fees and materials. Eligibility for this scholarship is based on a combination of financial need, student commitment, and the availability of funds, ensuring a fair and effective allocation of our resources.

Furthermore, we provide comprehensive assistance for both the Step Up for Students scholarship and our in-house program. Our knowledgeable representatives are dedicated to guiding you through every step of the application process, from initial inquiry to completion, to ensure you're well-informed about all requirements, deadlines, and options. In addition to these scholarship opportunities, CHEC harbors a vision where all classes are free for every student. Realizing this vision hinges on the collective effort of our community. It's essential to recognize that, while our goal is to make education universally accessible, we currently have a limited number of student slots available — only 7 at present.

Therefore, we invite and encourage you to partner with us in bringing this vision to life. Your donations are vital in maintaining our programs and expanding the capacity of our scholarships. By supporting us, you play a crucial role in ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder a child's potential to learn and grow within our Christ-centered educational environment.

Join us in this collective endeavor to make education freely accessible to all, helping to transform our vision of complimentary classes for every child into a tangible reality. Your support is not merely a donation; it's a valuable investment in the future of our children and the strength of our community.
